As a busy mom it can be easy to begin to feel invisible, or like all of your gifting‘s and dreams are wasting away in to the abyss of diaper changes and nap times. And while we know this is not true in our minds, our hearts can really struggle if we don’t feel like we have a way to build or work towards the dreams that are inside of us alongside of motherhood. Today’s episode is the first in a series meant to address this very topic. Many women have asked me how I managed to build businesses and a podcast and a podcast network and coaching program alongside of being a mother and raising children, so I decided to think back over what are some of the key principles that guided me as I moved towards my dreams.
